Below are some of our most frequently asked questions:
Will I be charged sales tax on my purchase?
We will only charge you sales tax if the order you place is being shipped in or picked up
in the state of Minnesota. All orders outside of the state of Minnesota will not be charged
sales tax. Minnesota sales tax is 6.875%. If you are a resident of Minnesota and have a
tax exemption form you will not need to pay Minnesota sales tax on your purchases.
Do I need a PayPal account to buy your products online?
No, you can choose to either pay with a credit card or log into your PayPal account and
pay that way. Click on "Ordering Information" for further details.
What method of shipping do you use?
To ship our products we use either UPS, USPS or Spee Dee services for our smaller
items, however all power units would be shipped motor freight from our location.
Do I have to be a business to order?
No, we sell our products to business, individuals, distributors and other wholesalers. No
tax ID or business license is required to make purchases.
How do we set up an account with you?
It is simple, please fill out our "Credit Application" form and send it back to
email@example.com. After review and approval you may pay with a purchase order.
How is shipping calculated when buying online?
Shipping is calculated by weight of each product added to the shopping cart. A total
weight will determine the price of shipping.
Can I pick an item up directly from you?
Yes, you can pick most any item up directly from us during normal business hours
How do I pay for a hydraulic power unit?
With new customers we typically require 25% down on a credit card and the remaining
balance due before shipment via check. A power unit may be paid in full with a credit
card as well. Repeat customers may use purchase orders to buy from us (we may
require credit references to obtain credit from us by filling out the "Credit Application").
Payment terms may vary per customer.
Where do you ship your products?
We currently ship to all 50 USA states, however exceptions may be possible. For
Canada customers we can ship to a business of your choice for pick up state side.
Can I return a Youli or Honor product?
No, you can not return either brand of products (we have no way of knowing if it has been
installed or used). Please review the information on our website before purchasing. If
you are unsure please ask questions.
How do I know you received my online order?
Within 24hrs during normal business hours you will receive an email verifying your
recently placed order online.
What is your products warranty?
You may click on the "Warrany/Terms" tab on the left side of the page for warranty details
on our products.

Is ordering online secure?
Ordering online is very secure, you will make your payment through Pay Pal's secure
checkout service by paying with credit card or your Pay Pal account. Find out more "Here".
Are your hydraulic power units tested?
Yes, every complete power unit is tested at our facility for leaks, pressures, flow, and
system function. A test sheet is available if requested.
Are your hydraulic power units shipped with oil in the reservoir?
No, the customer is required to fill the power unit with the required weight and amount of
What hydraulic oil do you typically recommend?
We typically recommend ISO 32 (10 wt.) hydraulic oil for outdoor applications and ISO 46
for indoor applications or where higher heat and longer run times are required.
Will you ship motor freight to a residential address?
Yes, however higher freight charges may apply, lift gate services are available.
Are your power units shipped with a battery if electric start?
No, the extra cost of shipping the pallet "hazardous" would out weigh the cost of a battery
bought on your end. They use regular "lawn & garden" batteries with about 300 cranking
amps. The dimensions are about 7 5/8" x 5 1/8" x 6 1/2" (LxWxH). Battery cables are
typically supplied with the unit.
Do you build diesel powered units?
No, we currently do not.
Can I set up my own shipping for pickup at your location?
Yes, however we will need the BOL filled out and sent to use along with times and dates
for pick up. Check with us before doing so.
