AC Power Units:
Our hydraulic power units are of the vertical style. This means that the unit can be more
compact in the overall design. The electric motor sits vertically on top of the tank and the
pump is submerged in the oil under the lid. These units are very versatile whether it is for
your garage, shop or an industrial application. Units can extend, retract and hold double
and single acting cylinders. They can also turn a hydraulic motor in both directions. These
units can be used for stamping, single stage-actuating, pressing, molding, lifting, &
punching applications. The power units are built with high quality components, for example
when the competition uses no-name electric motors we use world known Baldor or Leeson.
We also use high performance gear pumps to withstand extreme conditions. The final fit
and finish on these power units is that of a new Porsche Car. These units are thoroughly
tested for leaks, amp draws, flow, efficiency, & function. Please call for price on units not

Standard Features:
Tanks: 5, 10, 20 & 30 Gallon tanks with lids and magnetic drain plug
Electric Motor: Single Phase 1, 2 and 3 HP
Three Phase 1, 2, 3, 5 & 7.5 HP
Pump Flows: Single stage pumps .5GPM and up
Two stage pumps
Pressures: Varying pressures based on electric motor size and pump flow (GPM)
Valve: Three position open, closed, float and tandem centers
Two position valves also available
120VAC, 24VDC and 12VDC solenoid operated
D03 style valve
Manifold: Single station D03 manifold
Relief valve built in
Pressure gauge out of manifold
Temp. Level Gauge: Built into the side of the hydraulic tank at appropriate height
Helps you visually monitor fluid level and temperature of oil
Return Line Filter: All flow from valve goes through filter to keep oil clean
Designed for filtering hydraulic oil
With indicator gauge for filter replacement
Customer Connections: You can specify fittings for manifold (A & B ports)
Inlet Strainer: Keeps large contaminants from entering pump
Paint: Power units painted a custom color selected by customer
Check Valve: Comes with check valve at outlet of pump
Prevents flow from being returned into pump
