| WARRANTY/TERMS INFORMATION |

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY
BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE. All users of this site agree that access to and use of
this site are subject to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to
these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.
Power Units:
The hydraulic power units come with a 6 month limited warranty on parts
and labor. If power unit was damaged, misused or altered in any way it
will not be accepted as a return or serviced under warranty. The original
receipt and warranty # must be present when obtaining any warranty
service. The customer has 6 months from the day it was received by
you the purchaser to receive parts and labor under warranty. Twin
Hydraulics has the right to deny any warranty claims under question. The
6 month warranty only applies to the original purchaser of the Twin
Hydraulics power unit. Customer is responsible for shipping both ways
for warranty services. Gas engines and electric motors will be under
warranty by the manufacture and services/warranty will be provided by
authorized warranty service centers. You the purchaser will be
responsible to obtain warranty services for the gasoline engine or
electric motor.
Hose/Tube Assemblies:
If you are not fully satisfied with our product,workmanship,or
performance; you can return the product within 30 days from the day it
was shipped. If the hose assembly was damaged, misused or
mis-installed it will not be accepted as a return or serviced under
warranty. Customer is responsible for shipping.
Honor Gear Pumps/Motors:
Honor pumps are under warranty by the manufacturer for 12 months
from date of shipment.

Limitations/Disclaimer:
Twin Hydraulics shall not be liable or responsible for incidental, special,
or consequential damages that result from the use of, or inability to use,
any product sold by Twin Hydraulics. This includes, without limitation,
loss or damage of other property or equipment, loss of revenues or
profits, or claims of customers or customer for any such loss or
damage. You have the responsibility for determining the suitability of
items herein for your particular use. Twin Hydraulics is not responsible
for any loss of time or work caused by our product in any way. Twin
Hydraulics is not responsible for any damaged product during shipment
caused by the freight provider. You the purchaser are responsible for
checking the freight upon delivery, if damage occurred during shipment
to the product and you the customer note it with the shipping company
upon delivery or refuse delivery we (Twin Hydraulics) will work with the
freight company to cover some or all of the damages.
